15 years in marketing. A photography business I ran for three years and walked away from. A solo Ford Transit van conversion that somehow got 794K YouTube views before I finished building it. A multi-agent AI system that costs ~$500/month to run and currently earns $55/month — and that I'm documenting publicly, gap and all.

I learn by doing it myself, and I write about what I actually find. Not the polished retrospective — the field notes from the photography that started it, to the van that's still half-finished, to the business I'm building now.
