The first project of my DIY van conversion with Betty, my 2020 Ford Transit Cargo Van. Detailing how to install a Flatline Van Co Low Profile roof rack by yourself, as well as why I chose Flatline Van Co. over Aluminess, or making one entirely from scratch with 80/20 extruded aluminum. Towards the end, I give a cost breakdown for this project, and give some tips for how you can install your own better than I did.
